I have been a client of Drurys Estate Agents since the firm was founded in 2008. Since then, they have managed several residential rental properties for me in the Boston area and have also sold several properties on my behalf. At all times I have found them to be extremely professional in all aspects of their service, including selecting tenants, ensuring that my rented properties are well kept and rents paid promptly and the terms of tenancy agreements adhered to. As I do not live in the area, it is extremely important to be able to rely on their team to carry out any necessary maintenance work either during or between tenancies. Both my tenants and I know that we can rely on prompt and efficient service in dealing with any issues that might arise. My properties, whether for rental or sale, have always been well marketed and I have found their advice on sales and rental valuations to be soundly based.
